Crane Customers

Orders

• Minimum Orders: Clinic Orders under $50 will be charged a $3.00 Minimum Order Fee if placed by phone.
• Online Clinic Orders: No minimum order fee.
• Online Patent Prescriptions: No minimum order fee. Handling Fee: $3.50 for one bottle; $5.00 for two or more bottles.
• Online Custom Prescriptions: No minimum order fee. No handling fee.
• Combination Orders: Clinic Orders and/or Patent Prescription and/or Custom Prescription. CALL or EMAIL to request orders to be sent together.

Tax

• Sales Tax: Residents of Massachusetts and California are charged sales tax on herbs, needles, books and medical supplies.
  • MA residents are charged 6.25%.
  • CA residents are charged 9.25%.
• Sales Tax Exemption: Herbs only. Must be a licensed physician or acupuncturist.
  • MA Resale Form should be sent to Crane Herb Company.
  • CA Seller’s Permit should be sent to Crane-West Herb Pharmacy.

Shipping

• Orders received before 2:00 PM ET will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
• FREE UPS shipping for clinic orders over $150.*
• UPS Ground FREE with $150 herb order.*
• UPS 3-Day FREE with $150 order where transit in continental US is more than 3 days by UPS.*
• UPS 2-Day Air for orders over $150: actual freight less $5.*
• *Exceptions: acupuncture needles, medical supplies, books, Classical Pearls.
• Orders under $150 will be charged actual UPS shipping charges.
• US Mail Priority Mail: Insurance and Delivery Confirmation will ONLY be added upon your request.
• Drop Shipments: drop ship fee is $2.50. Drop ship orders under $25.00 will also be charged $3.00 minimum order fee.
• COD Fee: UPS charges for COD shipments. See the UPS web site for more information (see the Pricing section for current rates).
• Canada: US Mail ONLY. Insurance is always added.
• Sebastopol Pickup: Crane-West Herb Pharmacy customers near our Sebastopol location may choose to pick up their orders at:

Payment

• VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, or COD.
• Credit terms are available with an approved credit application.
• An invoice will be sent with your order. Please pay from this invoice.
• Statements are sent on the 1st of each month.
• Overdue invoices will be charged 1.5% interest per month.
• A $20 fee will be charged for each returned check.

Backorders

• Unless instructed otherwise, we will backorder items amounting to more than $25.
• Shipping on backorders is FREE and will go by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Returns

• Merchandise must be in sellable (new) condition.
• Authorization is required.
• Credit will be applied upon receipt of merchandise.
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15%.
• Special orders cannot be accepted for return.
• Custom prescriptions cannot be accepted for return.

Damages

• Promptly contact UPS if you receive damaged merchandise due to their mishandling.
• Save the original carton, all packing materials and damaged items for their inspection.
• Notify us immediately for replacement of merchandise or credit.
